Lilah knows that people want be wowed by the products and services in their lives. She started her own research firm to provide companies with a new approach to understanding their customers and igniting their brands. Lilah’s model gives companies the profound insights they need to more successfully respond to what their customers want and need by studying both their behavior and their emotions.

Through Lilah’s strong and confident leadership, Koski has earned a reputation for having an intelligent, creative, and thoughtful approach to research. Over the course of her career, she has personally conducted thousands of conversations with consumers and business executives to discover how human behavior impacts business.

Before starting Koski in 2006, Lilah spent a decade working on the client side in financial services with Charles Schwab & Co. Today, she leads Koski projects in finance and other industries, always with the same goal: to help good companies do the right thing for their customers.

John Gilfeather

Executive Vice President

During his 40-plus years of groundbreaking work in the field, John has redefined what clients should expect from marketing and communications research. He is a prolific researcher, an expert storyteller, and one of the most respected thought leaders in the industry. A masterful presenter, you’ll often find John at the keynote podium, a huge audience hanging on his every word.

John spent much of his career at Yankelovich where he was managing partner, has held executive positions at both Roper and TNS and is past Chair of CASRO. At Koski, his unparalleled depth of experience in custom research and his astute, probing questions allow him to quickly get to the heart of a client’s issue, leading to remarkable and actionable insights.

Renee Khalili

Senior Research Manager

Renee’s deep background in financial services research gives her unique insights into the problems our clients come to us to solve. Renee is passionate about digging in with clients to find out what’s going on in their market and with their customers to uncover practical recommendations to move the needle on their business. She’s an expert big-picture project manager with a unique ability to stay thoughtfully focused on the client experience, and Koski clients are the happy beneficiaries of her positive, solutions-oriented approach.

Daniel Koechlein

Senior Research Manager

An expert in new and traditional media, Dan is a lead researcher for our P.R. and thought leadership clients. He’s known for his research talent, intellectual curiosity, and his ability to quickly understand complex situations to identify and implement solutions. Prior to joining Koski, Dan conducted research at both Nielsen and Edelman Berland, where he led international research projects for the UAE (Dubai) office.

Carol Wasil

Research Manager

With 30 years of custom and multi-client research experience—much of it at Yankelovich and GfK—Carol shepherds Koski projects from survey to final report with both precision and grace. She’s a thoughtful client advocate, keeping the client’s best interest in mind at all times. Carol is fantastic at coding and is a genius at making sense of even the most dispersed qualitative responses. She is our point person for outstanding presentations, creating crisp, clear communications that delight clients.

Lauren is involved in almost every aspect Koski’s research: questionnaire development, field coordination, analysis development and client presentations. Her incredible attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and creative problem-solving capabilities make her a valuable asset to every project. A believer that good relationships foster good research, she builds and maintains rapport with every client.

Sharon Kinberg

Research Manager

Sharon may as well be called Koski’s Chief Quality Control Officer because her keen attention to detail and ongoing quest for perfection and accuracy is what makes our work shine. It goes without saying that Sharon is whip-smart, which is why she was such a valued member of elite firms like FRC, Synovate and GfK where she executed global studies for CPG and financial services firms.

Lisa Wilcox Corning

Brand Strategy and Qualitative Research Guru

Lisa has two solid decades of market research and consulting experience for the world’s most notable brands. She’s done high-profile international research for both Visa International, which included work in 26 countries, and the International Olympic Committee, which took her from Greece to Africa to Asia and beyond to understand what the Olympic brand means to people around the world.

In addition to her role at Koski Research, Lisa is a partner of Healy/Wilcox Marketing Group, a company she co-founded after her years as a partner at The B/R/S Group and member of the creative research department at Young & Rubicam, New York.

Cindy R. Ford, Ph.D.

Director of Advanced Analytics

With over 20 years of management and statistical consulting experience, Cindy has a laser focus on solving complex problems in the most challenging marketing research projects. She’s considered the “researcher’s researcher” with extensive experience at the highest level, while still being grounded enough to explain complex approaches and ideas in a way that is easily understood by all involved on a project. Cindy is an expert statistical witness with USDA, FDA, FDIC and others, and she currently sits on the AMA’s Advanced Research Techniques (ART) Forum Program Committee.
